A morning of Mindfulness
Join me for an exploration into Mindful Meditation.
In our 3 hours together, we will;
Look at the many benefits of Mindful Meditation practice and the scientific evidence that backs it
Experience a number of different Mindful Meditation practices; seated, lying down and movement
Learn how to integrate the ancient practice of Meditation with modern mindful living
Discuss some tools that can be used to aid your Mindful Meditation practice
Enjoy tea and an open discussion
You will take home a beautiful Mandala Meditation Mist and notes from the day
Mats, chairs, bolsters, cushions, eye pillows and blankets are supplied but please feel free to bring your own favourites for extra comfort if you wish. Bring your own water bottle.
Cost is $95 and bookings are essential as spaces are limited
