We meet on the third Thursday of the month  in this beautiful space to explore what mindfulness can look like in our daily lives and practice a guided meditation together.

Please bring your water bottle and you may like to bring your favourite meditation cushion however, some chairs, mats, cushions & blankets are provided. 

Come as you are, this is an informal, warm, inclusive gathering and all are welcome.

Third Thursday of the month at 6pm.

Cost is just $10/session.
