Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for one of our mid-week Mindful Meditation sessions, in the tranquil relaxation space of our City Cave Clayfield centre.
Designed specifically for our City Cave clients and facilitated by our very own Mindful Meditation Teacher, Rachel of Mandala Meditation.
Some of you may have met Rachel when visiting the centre, as she is also a Float Attendant, she brings a wealth of experience in customer service, is an Integrative Health Coach and qualified Meditation Teacher.
